Strong Slammer is a type of Slammer in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon powered up by a special crystal. Strong Slammers have 150 HP. They can take down 20 hearts every hit. They usually come alone but when there is two, the player needs to catch both of them by charging the Strobulb longer.

History

Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon

In Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Strong Slammers break out of their crystal by punching the crystal with both arms, almost completely smashing the crystal. The sub-boss from the Secret Mine has 250 HP, and is covered in paranormal chains.

Several Strong Slammers can be found within the Treacherous Mansion. During Double Trouble, there is a Strong Slammer reading a newspaper in the Restroom. During A Train to Catch, one is found steering a ship wheel in the Nautical Exhibit.

In the ScareScraper, Strong Slammers are less common ghosts only appearing on Expert difficulty or Endless mode. They are commonly found in groups with Greenies, Strong Greenies, and Creepers.

Luigi's Mansion Arcade

In Luigi's Mansion Arcade, Strong Slammers are first encountered in the Old Clockworks, but they are more common in the Treacherous Mansion. They, along with Strong Greenies, assist King Boo during his battle.

Ghost Container description

Whoever strengthened these bullies by putting them into the crystals had only one thing in mind: creating ghosts strong enough to crush rocks into dust with a single blow.
