Spirit Mountain
Template:Levelbox Spirit Mountain is the fifth level of Yoshi's Safari. It is located in the Light Realm of Jewelry Land.
Setting
Much of the terrain is that of a mountain. The mountain appears to be made out of sand except for one path Yoshi follows. Common enemies and obstacles include Bullet Bills, Flying Goombas, Para Bombs, and Spinies. The mini-boss of the level is a Sledge Brother.
Boss Fight: Morton Koopa Jr.
At the end of the level, the player battles Morton Koopa Jr.. The Koopaling fights in a mechanical robot with the appearance of a frog with a top hat. The robot mainly bounces around and occasionally stops to fire green balls from its two sets of blasters. Mario must shoot these blasters to destroy them; after he does so, Morton himself will appear and throw bombs at the duo, giving them the opportunity to shoot him. After defeating Morton and collecting the fifth gem, the duo continues on to Grand Bridge.
