Spiny Busters
Template:Levelbox Spiny Busters is a course which appears in the Story Mode of Super Mario Maker 2. It is Mr. Eraser's second job, and it is set in the ground theme for its main area and in the sky theme for its sub area, as well as in the Super Mario World style. The course has a difficulty rating of 2/4 stars. Once this course is completed, Mr. Eraser will erase a set of blocks, granting access to a path on the right where Soundfrog can be found.
Layout
The course starts out with a few blocks, including a ? Block containing a Super Mushroom. A Warp Pipe leads Mario to an area in the sky. Here, there are Cloud Blocks, a couple Donut Blocks, and coins. There are also two Thwomps which move horizontally and two 10-Coins. There are two red pipes, with Spinies coming out of each of them. Mario can defeat the Spinies by luring the Thwomps toward him by getting close to them, crushing many Spinies in their way against the Warp Pipe. After fifteen Spinies are defeated, the Giant Gate is unlocked, allowing Mario to complete the course.
