Template:Minigame-infobox Spinner Cell is a 1-vs.-3 minigame in Mario Party 7. Its name is a pun on the video game Splinter Cell.
Gameplay
The solo player uses the 
to move a spiked, rotating spinner, which moves slowly, and the 
to move a quicker, smaller spinner. Players who touch the spiked one are blown out of the game; the smaller one simply knocks them around. If all three players are out, then the solo player wins. The group wins if any of the players remain when time expires.
