Side Eye is the first boss of the Donkey Kong Adventure mode in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle.

Side Eye is first encountered eating Bad Banana slices and refusing to give them up to the nearby Ziggies. Afterwards, when Donkey Kong and co. arrive, Side Eye takes his weapon from the Ziggies, only to be locked out of his Bad Banana supply. This suddenly causes him to run behind a cover block in fear.

In battle, Side Eye's main attack involves shooting a bomb from his long-range Bomb Bludgeon[1] at the targeted character for moderate damage over a large area. He can also activate a reaction-shot technique, allowing him to damage any heroes that move while it is active. If attacked while not his turn, Side Eye will move away from the heroes. During his movement, he is immune to heroes' reaction-shot techniques as he's moving underground, but can trigger them if forced to move by Push, Bounce, or Burn Critical Hits.

Upon being defeated, Side Eye will defuse from the item he was merged with—a wooden mallet—and drop one of the keys to the Jungle.
