Shiny POW Blocks are items that first appear in Paper Mario: Sticker Star and are shinier variants of regular POW Blocks. They can be found in Goomba Fortress, or bought at Shaved-Ice Cave and Rumble Volcano. In battle, they have a three star attack power, and their attack range is for grounded enemies. They can be set in the Sticker Museum as #74, along with other POW Blocks.
