Sharpeas are enemies from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. They are the Beanbean Kingdom versions of Spinies. Mario and Luigi's Hammer attacks work well against them and Luigi's Thunderhand is also critically damaging to them. Sharpeas are found in areas around Beanbean Castle, as well as a few at the very bottom of Hoohoo Mountain. These enemies attack Mario and Luigi by ramming them, which can be countered by hammering. They will always jump before they ram the Mario Bros. They frequently show up in battles with Sworms, and are thrown by Lakipeas.
