Template:Levelbox Room 4-3 (titled Room 3-3 in the British English version) is the third course of Jungle Rumble in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again!. The course introduces Color Blocks, which can be turned solid or transparent by toggling a switch of the same color.

The course features three mini toys.

Overview

All three minis start on a platform in the center of the course, facing left. The player should use Pink Blocks to lead the toys to the bottom right, crossing a spike gap. Here, they need to reach and press a Yellow Color Switch that disables some Yellow Color Blocks at the top of the course, which originally block access to a Red Color Switch. The minis need to climb to the top and press this switch as well, disabling several Red Color Blocks that prevent access to the Goal Door on the bottom left. In this instance, all minis should return to the bottom floor and reach the exit to clear the course.

Mini Mario Card

The Mini Mario Card is on a small platform in the top right. A row of three Red Color Blocks leads to it from a grid of Pink Block spaces; however, they are initially disabled. The player needs to follow the process described above to press the Red Color Switch that will turn the blocks behind the Mini Mario Card solid, then use Pink Blocks to lead the minis to it.

M-Token

The M-Token is in the bottom right corner of the course. From their starting positions, the minis need to climb the Red Color Block staircase formation on the bottom and reach a Yellow Spring that will bounce them up to the top level. Soon after, they will climb a staircase of Yellow Color Blocks. The player should then help the minis descend a tall grid of Pink Block spaces to the bottom, where the toys will encounter and collect the token.
