Random! is a stage start item in Dr. Mario World. When used, a random bonus will happen.
One of the following effects will happen when this item is used:
- Replaces an object (mainly viruses) with a shell.
- Replaces an object (mainly viruses) with an exploder.
- Replaces an object (mainly viruses) with a skill charger.
- Replaces an object (mainly viruses) with a handy box.
- Adds 1 extra capsule in non-challenge stages.
- Adds 3 seconds to the timer in challenge stages.
- Fills up the skill meter by either 25%, 50% or 100%.
- Increases the score by 1%, 2% or 3%.
- Fills the rainbow meter by three sections.
- Adds a half-sized rainbow capsule as one of the starting capsules.
Free uses of this item are very rarely available, only being available in certain skill summit rewards. If there are no more free uses of this item, it requires 200 coins to use it.
