Power Shell is a default move known by Kooper and Koops in the Paper Mario games. The move is basically the same as Shell Toss, except Power Shell uses 3 FP and attacks all ground based enemies.

To successfully do the Action Command, the player has to move the control stick left, until the big star lights up, then release it. The damage dealt is the same as Shell Toss, except for Kooper's version at Ultra Rank, which only deals 4 damage. Koops' version has two Stylish moves.

Power Shell can also be performed by enemies such as Koopatrols, Dark Koopatrols, and Shady Koopas in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door to damage both Mario and his partner. Shady Koopas, however, are required to be flipped in order to initiate it. Koopley also mentions teaching this ability to Koops (if he is revisited in Petalburg at some point in the game, and if Koops is present), though he shortly discovers Koops already knows how to perform it.

Power Shell is also referenced in Kooper's Catch Card description in Super Paper Mario.
