Pollen Plants are enemies from the game Virtual Boy Wario Land. They are only seen in Stage 9. Pollen Plants move towards Wario and pause to open their leaves to release two spore-like objects high into the air, which float towards the ground. These spores are able to harm Wario if he touches them. After the spores leave the screen, the Pollen Plant will continue to walk towards Wario and release more spores, repeating the process.
Pollen Plants may be defeated by any of Wario's attacks. When stunned, their leaves appear wrinkled and torn, although they will recover after a brief period. If Wario attacks the Pollen Plants using a Barge, or by the flames of Sea Dragon or King Dragon Wario, they appear to drop their leaves as they are defeated.
