Peach's Castle is the fifth course in Mario Golf for the Game Boy Color. After completing the other four courses' tournaments, Princess Peach will send the player an invitation to compete here. A rainbow gate will appear on the main map leading to a cloudy area where a Bob-omb Buddy will launch the player to a floating landmass with Peach's Castle on it. Here, the player meets Mario, Luigi, Baby Mario, Donkey Kong, Yoshi, Bowser, and Peach herself. The background of the course features domed hills and cylindrical clouds like those seen in some Super Mario World levels such as Yoshi's Island 1. Some of the holes are designed to resemble characters and objects from the Mario franchise, much like Mario's Star from the Nintendo 64 Mario Golf. Small star-shaped bunkers appear prominently throughout the course, often populating its fairways.

The music that plays in front of the castle on the overworld is an arrangement of "Inside the Castle Walls", while the music on the course itself is the Super Mario Bros. "Ground Theme".

1			3	182 yards	This hole is designed to resemble the stain glass window of Peach on the front of her castle in Super Mario 64. Her face is a bunker, her hair is fairway, and her earring is the green.
2			4	401 yards	The fairway is bordered on three sides by water and an out of bounds area to the left. Trees and small star-shaped bunkers dot the fairway, most of which is on a raised surface. There is a bunker to the right of the green.
3			5	506 yards	This hole is shaped like a Shy Guy. There is very little fairway on this hole; only the Shy Guy's feet (where the players start), left arm, and outline count as fairway. The green is on top of a mound on the upper left corner with star-shaped bunkers and a large cluster of trees next to it.
4			4	434 yards	The far side of the fairway is winding and narrow with star-shaped bunkers both on and around it. The green is on a mound border on the north by bunkers and on the south by a water hazard.
5			4	352 yards	This hole is shaped like a Super Star with three streaks coming out of it, with the top two streaks being bunkers and the bottom one being the fairway, which is covered in star-shaped bunkers. The Super Star itself is mostly a large bunker, with its left eye being the green.
6			4	413 yards	This hole is shaped like a Thwomp. The Thwomps eyes are fairway, as are some of its spikes, though its other spikes are water hazards. The green is on a small island in the middle of the Thwomp's top central spike.
7			5	439 yards	The fairway of this hole is heavily populated by trees. The fairway is bordered to the left by more trees and to the right by water. There is also a small portion of fairway on an island in the water.
8			4	408 yards	The fairway is on the southeast edge of a large water hazard and features multiple star-shaped bunkers. The hole's centerpiece is a large island shaped like Yoshi, with his nose as the green.
9			3	174 yards	This hole is in a donut shape, surrounded by out of bounds and with a water hazard in the center.
10			5	487 yards	This hole takes place primarily on an island shaped like Baby Mario. Baby Mario's diaper and hat serve as fairway, though the hat part is covered in trees and star-shaped bunkers. The green is on a small island northwest of Baby Mario's hat.
11			4	395 yards	This hole has a fairway which winds around several trees and is dotted with star-shaped bunkers. Three bunkers surround the green.
12			4	440 yards	This hole is shaped like a Venus Fire Trap spitting two fireballs. The Venus Fire Trap's stem, leaves, and mouth serve as fairway, with the mouth being covered in trees and star-shaped bunkers. The green is in the middle of the second fireball.
13			3	146 yards	A narrow, winding river runs through this hole. The green is very small and is situated on top of a mound.
14			4	392 yards	This hole is shaped like a Koopa Troopa. The Koopa Troopa's shoes and the rim of its shell serve as fairway, with the latter having trees and star-shaped bunkers on it. There is also a much smaller portion of fairway north of the shell. The pupil of the Koopa Troopa's eye serves as the green.
15			4	414 yards	The fairway on this hole is narrow and hilly. It, like many fairways on this course, is covered in star-shaped bunkers. A large water hazard is on the right, with out of bounds on the left. There are two bunkers close to the green.
16			3	198 yards	This hole takes place on an island shaped like a Goomba. The pupil of the Goomba's eye serves as the green.
17			5	524 yards	A large water hazard borders the hole to the left. Rivers flowing from it divide the fairway into segments.
18			4	390 yards	This hole takes place on an island shaped like Mario. Mario's shoes and overalls serve as fairway. The overalls part features many trees, with the strap also having star-shaped bunkers. Mario's sideburn is the green.
