Oucher Glasses are large, green hourglasses found only in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Their name is a portmanteau of "ouch" and "hourglass". They reside in Guffawha Ruins, and Luigi must face them alone. Oucher Glasses will never appear on the field, instead battling alongside Elite Chuck Guys. In battle, while turned wide-eyes down (see the picture at right), Oucher Glasses can magically cause an earthquake, which in turn causes a sandy fist to shoot up from under Luigi, which he must jump over. They can also turn over and summon a large ball of sand to hurl at Luigi, which he must hammer away. Oucher Glasses are weak to Thunderhand, which will defeat them in one hit.

In the remake, their sad faces on the top were changed to happy ones.
