Template:Infobox Nintendo Trivia Quiz is a skill quiz on the Play Nintendo website. Like the Nintendo Selects Trivia Quiz, its subject are games from the Nintendo Selects line, though it only focuses on Nintendo 3DS releases.

Overview

The player has a total of five questions to answer. Each question gives the player four answers to choose from, with only one of them being the correct answer. When clicked on, the player must select "Check answer" to see if they are correct. If the player answers correctly, the item they selected will be highlighted green. If the player answers incorrectly, the item they selected will be highlighted red and the correct answer will be both written in the results area and highlighted green. At the end of the quiz, a message will pop up saying how many questions the player answered correctly out of six. The player can then choose to either take the quiz again or take a different quiz on the website.

Result messages

  • 0/5 or 1/5: This was a really tough trivia quiz, huh? Don't worry, no one gets all the questions right on the first try. (I mean, some people do, but they’re few and far between.) You can always try to brush up on these games from the Nintendo Select[sic] collection—and then you can take the quiz again!
  • 2/5 or 3/5: Whoa. That was a really tough quiz! You got a lot of those questions right. Pretty awesome, if you ask me. But there’s always room for improvement, so you can always re-play the games from the Nintendo Selects collection whose question you may have missed.
  • 4/5 or 5/5: Is there a video game you haven’t played? You are a trivia whiz kid—and not just because you got a ton of answers right. Wait, that IS why you’re a trivia whiz kid! Either way, you really seem to know your stuff when it comes to games from the Nintendo Selects collection. Keep up the good work!
