The Mushroom Cannon is the special item of Monty Mole, Peachette, Peach (Kimono), Toad (Party Time), Mario (Baseball), Mario (Golf), Toadette (Sailor), Mario (Black Suit), Shy Guy (Pastry Chef) and the Red, Moo Moo and Monty Mole Mii Racing Suits in Mario Kart Tour. When used, it appears on the front of the player’s kart and continuously shoots out mushrooms for the player and other racers to use. The Mushroom Cannon shoots out a total of ten Mushrooms, unless the player gets hit with another item. During a Mushroom Cannon Frenzy, Mushrooms surround the player. When Mushroom Cannon+ is active, three Mushrooms are shot at once at each launch rather than one, in three different directions. However, they're fired slightly more slowly, and the cannon only fires seven times rather than ten.
