"I'm a fresh little fish."

Mr. Kipper is a species of fish that can be found in the Sea as well as in the Sunken Ship in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They often appear alongside Crusties and Bloobers. Mr. Kippers lack any spells or special attacks, with their only attack being to simply ram into the player characters. A single Mr. Kipper named Kip appears in Bowser's Keep as part of Dr. Topper's race quiz. When a Mr. Kipper is shown outside of water, its color is green, but when in water, they appear purple. The artwork of them shows them with their underwater colors. They are close relatives to Goby, another enemy that appeared in the Kero Sewers. Later, a Mr. Kipper named Kip makes a small appearance as part of one of Dr. Topper's puzzles, where he had apparently competed in a triathlon.

Green Cheep Cheeps appear in many other games, such as Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario Bros. Deluxe, and the Mario Party-e minigame Cast Away Mario!. Deep Cheeps, introduced in New Super Mario Bros. are also green Cheep Cheeps.
