Milk
Milk in the PC release of Mario's Time Machine
First appearance Mario's Time Machine (1993)

The Milk is an item in the PC release of Mario's Time Machine. It is an example of milk that has been processed through pasteurization, which involves heating it to certain temperatures to kill microorganisms without affecting the milk. It is given to Mario by a tailor in Paris circa 1885 while talking about Louis Pasteur's accomplishments. The Milk can then be brought to a nearby waiter, who mentions that the café needs some milk and is unwilling to talk about Louis Pasteur until he receives it. Once he is given the Milk, he thanks Mario and continues to talk about the history of Louis and his scientific innovations.
