The Mega Kantera (メガカンテラ[1], "Mega Lantern") is an enemy that appears in Yoshi's New Island. Only one Mega Kantera appears in the game, in the level Bandit Valley alongside the Tetu Kantera. The player can swallow the Mega Kantera by pressing 
to turn it into a Mega Eggdozer similar to a Mega Guy.
