Notes

  • After the tutorial part of the first battle against Bowser, Bowser's HP will be set to 20.
  • The Sea Pipe Statue will always take zero damage; only the Stone Blooper can be damaged.
  • When Mario & Luigi knocks the Stone Blooper out of Bowser's body, it gets stuck in the Sea Pipe Statue and is then vulnerable to damage for a few turns.
  • Though Sneed and Metal Mawful Mole are instantly defeated by Bowser in overworld, Bowser can meet them by battling against other enemies.
  • If a Protobatter or Pwallop takes damage, its size increases. If damaged a second time, it will grow at about the size of a giant.
  • If there are two or more Fawflants, they can attack at once by drilling right at the Bros. slowly.
  • If Bowser Memory L is attacked twice, he retreats off-screen for a short time.
  • Napses and Airnapses can respawn themselves (with no experience given) if any are defeated.
  • In some turns, after a Pep attacks, it changes its form, no matter how many attacks were given.
  • After being defeated, a Jailgoon will free a Goomba or a Bob-omb. If Bowser is battling them, they give him mushrooms that restore 30 HP.
  • If a bro tries to jump on a Sockop, he will fall in the Sockop and the Sockop will drain the bro's HP; they must press their corresponding button to free themselves and the Sockop heals back 30 HP.
  • The Dark Star and its X counterpart take no damage unless their Dark Satellmites are defeated and knocked into it.
  • Defeating the summoned Mechawful and Dark Mechawful.5 body will not grant extra experience and coins.
  • During the battle with Bowser X, if the player uses a Special Attack against him, he'll vacuum it away, making it inaccessible for five turns.
