The information it gives out gets very redundant and repetitive at some points (like controls and how it keeps saying "this character then makes a shot"). These two issues bother me very much; it makes the article very boring to read. I just edited the controls section (which was a sea of text). I hope this won't get reverted because I'm a visual learner myself, and I think seeing all these words instead of simple icons would be more difficult to read, understand, and maintain interest.

Agreed; hence our discussion on our respective user talk pages. If anything, the "Playable Characters" section would benefit the most since we would place all information in relation to them on one chart, which also would include their statistics. MeritC (talk)

Okaaayyy, but we're just listing these problems the article has so that others are aware of them and will try to improve the article, so not just me does all the work (though it would be nice, ok, I'm a bit selfish, whatever, lalala, go ahead). BabyLuigiOnFire (talk)

Okay, just to give a heads up, the character table is constructed, unlockables are ensured in the article, sports rewritten, and it's nearly complete. The only thing now is needed is what happens at the beginning of the tournament, where the four crystals fall from the sky and several Toads investigate it. I feel that part is very vital. Same thing where your character puts the crystals in the Star Ship. BabyLuigiOnFire (talk)

Well, I and some others have worked really hard on this article, and I think it is done. Any more recommendations for information? I'll add it if it is necessary. I love how the article looks and all, but I won't change my vote till something very minor is done. Can you please equal out the images between sports, especially in the Record Book area, but I love Dodgeball the best, but I don't want to see Dodgeball pictures everywhere. Baby Mario Bloops (talk)

Do lines like "Play 40 matches" refer to the the reader directly? It does not contain the word you or anything. It's just "Play 40 matches". I think it's not a real problem if the text says "The player should" or simply "Play". Other featured articles like Mario Kart Wii also use lines like "Win 100cc Leaf Cup or play 1,050 races" and nobody made a problem of that. Arend (talk)
