Malakoopas are green-shelled Koopa Paratroopas in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. The enemy is similar to its much bulkier sister-species, the Tub-O-Troopa, in some respects. The smaller species, just like the larger, has no particular strengths, and a weakness to Thunder. They are also found in the same area — Bowser's Keep. Despite all of these similarities, Malakoopas are the weaker of the two, due to the Tub-O-Troopas' large bulks. Regardless of being loyal to Smithy, the enemy still recognizes Bowser and will either run away or become confused at the sight of the Koopa King. They are highly resilient against most attacks.
