Here is a list of Shine Sprites in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. All 42 collectible Shine Sprites are listed here, in the order each becomes available for the first time, together with screenshots and Merluvlee's comments, except that the three adjacent Shine Sprites in Rogueport Sewers are combined into a single entry. Chapter 1 Castle and Dragon
Hooktail Castle	Next to the last window in the north side of the room with the flippable stairs on the first floor of Hooktail Castle.
Hooktail Castle	In the left of the storage room on the third floor of Hooktail Castle.

Rogueport Sewers	On the left ledge in the Thousand-Year Door room on sublevel 3 of Rogueport Sewers.
Chapter 2 The Great Boggly Tree
Boggly Woods	To the left of the airplane panel in the flying area of Boggly Woods.
The Great Tree	To the right of the bubble pond in the Great Tree.
The Great Tree	On top of the big stone in the lower-left of the room beneath the bubble pond in the Great Tree. Accessible with the airplane panels, the first of which can be used by blowing away the jar with Flurrie.
The Great Tree	Above a pillar in the north of the room beneath the area to the right of the twisty narrow path in the Great Tree.
The Great Tree	On the vegetation floating in the northeast corner of the water in the bottom of the Great Tree.
Chapter 3 Of Glitz and Glory
Glitzville	High between the entrance of Glitz Pit and the Hammer Bro poster to the right in Glitzville. There is a hidden block beneath it.
Rogueport Sewers	On the leftmost platform in the west entrance room of sublevel 1 of Rogueport Sewers.
Rogueport	Behind the rightmost house in east Rogueport.
Rogueport	On the left side of the red roof in east Rogueport.
Rogueport Sewers	On the platform with a pipe to Petal Meadows on sublevel 2 of Rogueport Sewers.
Glitz Pit	In the area between the boxes near the stairs in the second-floor storeroom of Glitz Pit.
Chapter 4 For Pigs the Bell Tolls
Twilight Trail	Behind the last tree on the path to Creepy Steeple in Twilight Trail.
Creepy Steeple	In the southwest corner down the well outside Creepy Steeple.
Creepy Steeple	In the treasure room to the north of the entrance of Creepy Steeple.
Creepy Steeple	Next to the save block in the small room halfway from the outside well to Creepy Steeple.
Rogueport	In the back room of Admiral Bobbery's house.
Rogueport	In the backyard of the houses across the tall pipe in west Rogueport. Accessible from a hole on the second floor of the front house, which requires Tube Mode.
Chapter 5 The Key to Pirates
Keelhaul Key	On top of the brick to the left of the upper area of the high mountain in Keelhaul Key.
Keelhaul Key	Behind the leaves of the tree to the right of the bridge in Keelhaul Key.
Pirate's Grotto	On top of the bow of the left boat in the lower, left room in the Pirate's Grotto.
Pirate's Grotto	At the top of the stairs to the right of the waterfall in the Pirate's Grotto. Accessible by hitting the hidden block to the right.
Pirate's Grotto	On top of the northernmost barrel on the left high place in the storeroom to the left of the waterfall source in the Pirate's Grotto.
Pirate's Grotto	Above water to the right of the north entrance in the room with waves in the Pirate's Grotto. Accessible with Koops.
Pirate's Grotto	High in the northeast corner of the room to the south of the waterfall in the Pirate's Grotto. There is a hidden block beneath it.
Rogueport	At the end of the path behind the cracked wall to the left of the store in west Rogueport. Requires Admiral Bobbery.
Rogueport Sewers	On the south platform beyond the east sea on sublevel 1 of Rogueport Sewers. Accessible with Boat Mode.
Rogueport Sewers	There are three Shine Sprites in the secret room in the east on sublevel 2 of Rogueport Sewers. Accessible from the boat panel on the west with Boat Mode. The highest one in the middle can be easily reached with a Spring Jump, however it is also possible to get it by riding Mini-Yoshi on the moving platform and moving underneath the block at the right time.
Chapter 6 3 Days of Excess
Excess Express	On the floor in the southwest corner of cabin 005 in Excess Express.
Excess Express	Owned by Bub in cabin 008 of Excess Express, given to Mario for fulfilling his request for the engineer's Autograph.
Riverside Station	Near the wall corner in the right of the sunset area in Riverside Station.
Riverside Station	On top of the stairs above the records shelf in the low-west room of Riverside Station.
Poshley Heights	High to the right of Poshley Sanctum in Poshley Heights.
Poshley Sanctum	On top of the front end of the second-highest platform on the left side of the inner room of Poshley Sanctum.
Rogueport Sewers	Above the pillar next to the rightmost house in the center city on sublevel 1 of Rogueport Sewers. Accessible by doing a Spring Jump by the pipe beyond the up-and-down platform, then going right.
Chapter 7 Mario Shoots the Moon
Fahr Outpost	On the ground to the right of General White's house in the east of Fahr Outpost.
Fahr Outpost	Behind the southwest tree in the second screen from the left on the screen before the town in Fahr Outpost.
