Template:Levelbox Level B-18 is the second course in the Bonus 3 set and the eighteenth Bonus Level overall in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars. It is a Multi-Door course set in Swirling Courtyard and is unlocked by earning 72 trophies.

The level features all previously-introduced Mini toys (Mini Mario, Mini Peach, Mini Toad, Mini Pauline, Mini DK) while also introducing Mini Luigi to the gameplay. All toys but the Mini Mario are trapped within capsules and must be rescued.

Overview

Map of Level B-18
Level map

The stage covers a wide layout, comprising several Circus Kongs stationed in order from left to right. While they are helpful for the Minis in certain situations, granting them access to higher platforms and pipes, other times they must be avoided to keep the Minis on the right track or collect bonuses; Red Girder Rivets and Long Spring slots serve this purpose.

The Mini Mario starts in the bottom left corner, right beside a Circus Kong that will throw it upward soon after initiation. The Mini Peach is inside a capsule right above the Mini Mario's starting position, and can only be reached via a yellow Split Pipe. To use this Split Pipe and warp to the trapped toy, the Minis have to encounter the second Circus Kong, which will throw them directly into the pipe above.

The Mini Toad is located near this Circus Kong. However, the Minis cannot get to it unless they change direction and head towards it, which is only possible by skipping the Circus Kong and going all the way to the other side of the level. Afterwards, a Long Spring beside the Circus Kong bounces them directly to the Mini Toad.

The rest of the Minis are found in close locations within the right half of the stage. The first to be rescued is the Mini Pauline, which is shelved on a platform and can be reached either with a Circus Kong found underneath, or a Long Spring and a Red Girder further left. Next is the Mini DK, sitting on the right edge of roughly the same platform. Falling off the platform, the Minis will finally encounter the Mini Luigi and will soon be thrown upward by a Circus Kong into a red Split Pipe in the ceiling, which will warp them on a terraced platform nearby.

When one Mini is rescued, it must be brought to its assigned door. Mini Luigi's door is located in the bottom left right next to Mini Mario's starting position. Mini DK's door is higher up on a platform. Mini Pauline and Mini Toad's doors sit next to each other on the bottom, while Mini Peach's door is found further ahead, past a Circus Kong. Lastly, Mini Mario's door is between the two Circus Kongs on the right and can be accessed by sliding into the Circus Kong on the left via a Red Girder slope drawn across the enemy.

M Coin

The M Coin is located on a lone girder attached to a wall at the top towards the right side of the stage. The Minis must use the rightmost Circus Kong to enter the red Split Pipe above, bringing them on a close terraced platform where they must bounce off a Long Spring to reach and collect the coin.
