Overview

Part 2 of Mystic Forest#5-6
The second area

The level opens with a cinematic showing Mario picking up a Bob-omb and then tossing it up onto the platform above to blow up the Bob-omb Blocks on it.

In the first area, the player needs to hop onto a lift and ride it across to the left, using the falling bridge below as a temporary platform as the lift moves below a wall. When the lift reaches the end of its rail, the player needs to jump to the next lift and ride it up to the ropes above. The player needs to swing between these ropes to the right, using two Springboards to cross a row of spikes in the center. The player then needs to jump across two Donut Blocks and then a falling bridge to reach a blue Color Switch they need to press. Then, the player needs to fall onto the lift below and ride it to a blue platform with a ladder the player needs to climb to return back up. Next, the player needs to ride a lift while crouching to get under a platform to reach the Key. After picking it up, the player needs to use the Donut Block on the far right to fall back down to the beginning of the level, and then ride the first lift again to reach the blue platform and a Donut Block before the locked door.

In the second area, the player needs to use a Bob-omb to blow up the Bob-omb Blocks on the right; blowing up the Bob-omb Blocks on the left will allow the player to collect a 1-Up Mushroom. After climbing up a ladder, the player needs to use a trio of Springboards to reach a ladder high above while avoiding five rotating Cannons. On the top platform is a blue Color Switch that needs to be pressed, and the player needs to return back down to the Bob-omb deployer after doing so, again while avoiding the Cannons. The player now needs to grab a Bob-omb and jump to the platform on the left, then toss the Bob-omb up onto the blue platform above near the right side of the Bob-omb Blocks. With the blocks destroyed, the player needs to climb up a ladder and use a Handstand Double Jump to reach the Mini-Mario.
