The comic.

Koopa's Health and Beauty Tips was a single-page comic published in the Super Mario Bros. Special Edition #1 edition of the Nintendo Comics System series of comics. It features King Koopa giving advice on how to be as beautiful and healthy as he sees himself to be. Naturally, many of his "tips" are contrary to human standards, such as intentionally growing warts on the nose or filing teeth after every meal. The last panel of the comic reveals Koopa is giving these tips to a frightened looking Mushroom, whom Koopa intimidates to compliment him.
