Killer bees are a group of invincible miniature red bees resembling red Buzzes in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! They appear only in Riverside Race, where they chase after Dixie and Kiddy Kong for most of the level, though there are parts where the killer bees do not chase the Kongs, including whenever they are underwater, on elevated terrain, at the start of the level, or at the area with the Level Flag; even then, the killer bees still follow either above or below the Kongs. Killer bees are one of four enemies absent from Dixie Kong's Photo Album, the others being Koindozer, Kroc, and missile shell.
