Kaley

Kaley is a member of the Best Fitness Friends and a major antagonist in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey. She is a pink flying creature who attacks using sound based moves with her special skill Discord, which lowers allies' accuracy, and acts as the group's aerial fighter (with the Flying type status). Her name is a reference to kale, a type of cabbage with high nutritional value.
Despite acting calm in many cutscenes, it is soon revealed she is quick to temper and has a serious drug addiction, with Ludwig's intel when disguised as Beef suggesting she is highly dependent on the group's supplements.
She is first battled in Dimble Wood, after Ludwig reveals that he has been disguised as Beef for the last hour or so. She is then battled again in Bowser Path alongside Dieter and Beef, before being fought alongside the two of them in the final battle. She then merges with them to form the final boss before eventually being defeated for good.

- Kaley is the only one of the BFFs who is ever fought in a level that does not involve the other two members. Dieter and Beef are only fought in levels that involve all three.
- Even though she is one of the Best Fitness Friends, Kaley is not much into fitness. When she gets angry, she eats a lot, according to Ludwig.
