Gold Mantis
Template:Kart-infobox The Gold Mantis is Waluigi's primary kart in Mario Kart DS. It resembles a standard excavator, containing a little cab to sit. It probably represents Waluigi's avaricious "gold digger" personality. The emblem is located on the front and right side of the kart. It has high speed, average weight, acceleration, handling, and drift, and low selection of items. It shares its drift and handling with the 4-Wheel Cradle, Shooting Star and Standard WL. It has the same speed as the Poltergust 4000.
The Gold Mantis is also unlocked for Mario and Donkey Kong when gold trophies are won in all Nitro or Retro cups on 150cc, and when all cups on 150cc Mirror are won, every driver can use it.
