Screeching Pillars are members of the Tiki Tak Tribe. They are tall, gray pillars with a face. They appear in the Wii game, Donkey Kong Country Returns. Screeching Pillars are also a sub-species of Screaming Pillars. They are bigger than Screaming Pillars, but their scream is not as high-pitched. Along with Screaming Pillars, Screeching Pillars appear in the Jungle world level, Canopy Cannons. Though, this is the only level they appear in. If Donkey Kong or Diddy Kong come into contact with these pillars, the pillars will fall on them, attempting to take them out. Unlike Screaming Pillars, Screeching Pillars can not be defeated.
