Get to Maze Woods

Template:Levelbox Go to Maze Woods is the first story of chapter three in the game Wario Land II. After the Black Sugar Gang escaped Wario sets out to follow them into the Maze Woods. He starts at the docked pirate ship and makes his way through a partially flooded system of caverns. Along the way the player will find helpful owls which give Wario a ride through the air if he wakes them up. There are three great passages where the player must control the owl while avoiding Birds and Skullcopters. Another rarity is found in this level: Tsuriuo, the fishing fish. It will try to pull the treasure hunter out of the water by using a fake coin as bait. These coins can be distinguished from real ones by their grey color.

Hidden Treasure: Sapling

The hidden treasure of this level, the Sapling, is located in the water cavern with the Tsuriuo. It lies behind a door in the upper regions of the cave. Wario cannot go there by normal means so he has to grab one of the Tsuriuo's grey coins. The enemy will pull him out of the water and the player can access the treasure minigame.
