GAME & WARIO is featured in WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase as one of the Wario-Man microgames. Its name and gameplay is based on and plays identically to the Game & Watch game Helmet.
Gameplay
Wario is in a house on the left corner of the screen and must make his way to the other side of the screen, where he will be safe in a different building. Many random objects are falling from the sky, and Wario must dodge all of them. The player can point at Wario's silhouettes and then press 
to move him. If the player reaches the right side unharmed, they win, but if they are hit by an object or don't reach the other side before the time limit is up, they will lose.
