It's a Fuzzy Horde! Look at 'em all! What a mob scene! It's crazy! Max HP is 20, Attack is 1, and Defense is 0. Fuzzies come at you all at once and attack in order. Says here not to freak out! It also says that if you use good timing to defend, you won't take much damage. I'm thinking it might just be faster to whip the ringleader, though, y'know?

The Fuzzy Horde is a group made by a large number of Fuzzies that has appeared in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Super Mario 3D World, and Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam.

History

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

The Fuzzy Horde makes its debut in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door which only appear in the Shhwonk Fortress. They help out the Gold Fuzzy after collecting both Stone Keys underneath Shhwonk Fortress. During the battle with Gold Fuzzy, after damaging him enough, he summons a large mob of Fuzzies to assist him, large enough to cover him entirely. They attack the player by surrounding Mario or Goombella, then having five of them leap up and land on them to deal damage. The entire horde flees after either losing 10 HP or after Gold Fuzzy is defeated. After the fight is over, the mob disperses, with Gold Fuzzy retreating as well.

Although the player is able to tattle on them, they will not be recorded in Goombella's Tattle Log, instead using the same entry as the normal Fuzzy.

Super Mario 3D World

The Fuzzy Horde returns in the Wii U game Super Mario 3D World. It is the main enemy at Fuzzy Time Mine and Floating Fuzzy Time Mine in which the player must run from them. The Fuzzy Horde starts small, but as the level goes on, it grows much larger. If the player touches the Fuzzy Horde, they will instantly lose a life.

Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam

Fuzzy Hordes return in Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. If a Paper Fuzzy takes damage a third time, it will turn into a Fuzzy Horde, making the Trio run away from them.
