The Flower Shot is Princess Daisy's Special Shot in Mario Hoops 3 on 3. It is performed by tapping out a triangle twice. The triangle is the common female symbol in Mario Hoops 3 on 3.
Daisy begins the shot by dribbling the ball in a triangle, a small field of flowers growing at her feet as she does so.
