A Dragon Slot as seen in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat

Dragon Slots are gray serpentine dragons that appear in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. They have two heads, one on each end of its body, and red eyes.

They assist Donkey Kong by enabling him to quickly travel between distant locations. By using the Sound Wave Attack near one, Donkey Kong can open up the Dragon Slot's mouth, causing it to start inhaling. When Donkey Kong approaches its mouth, the Dragon Slot inhales him, causing Donkey Kong to move quickly through its tube-shaped body before eventually emerging out from the other mouth.

Dragon Slots first appear in Ice Warren, a level of the Apple Kingdom. They also appear in some other levels, such as the Lychee Kingdom's Lava Cavern and the Star Fruit Kingdom's Asteroid Belt; the latter level marks their most prominent level appearance.
