Template:Species-infobox The digi-Koopa[1] is a Koopa Troopa that appears in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story during the battle with Bowser Memory ML. It appears as one of Bowser Memory M's attacks. It looks like a generic green Koopa Troopa but is square shaped and pixelated. When Bowser Memory M finishes his Super Mushroom attack, a digi-Koopa arrives and bites Bowser Memory M, shrinking him in the process. It reappears in the Bowser Memory MLX fight in The Gauntlet, retaining the same actions as normal. The digi-Koopa does not appear in the remake, mimicking the usual temporary effect of a Mega Mushroom.

"Those dastardly digital Bros. that were guarding Bowser’s memories are back and ready for a rematch in the Gauntlet. All previous strategies for dealing with these foes are still viable. Watch out for MX going mega and bouncing into colorful blocks. At least the color indicates which bro is targeted so you can be ready to swat the brick away with a hammer strike. After the attack ends, a little digi-Koopa races out and pops MX, deflating it back to normal size."
