Diddy Kong Pilot is a canceled game that had two entirely development builds, which are differentiable from the year they were being developed in:
- Diddy Kong Pilot (2001) - The first iteration which was part of Nintendo's E3 2001 lineup.
- Diddy Kong Pilot (2003) - The second iteration before the game was scrapped and redone as Banjo-Pilot.
