Introduction
The camera shows the entrance as the competitors come within the room. Spinies are dropped on a cog.
Gameplay
The objective of the game is for the players to get to the other side of the board of spinning gears. Players that fall off the gears must start from the beginning. Whoever reaches the other side first wins.
The gears differ greatly in size and shape. Every time the Thwomp in the middle of the board pounds, the gears move in the opposite direction. There is also a hard-to-cross shortcut in front of the Thwomp's platform.

- Rules – "Hop across spinning cogs and over obstacles to reach the goal! Reach the goal first to win!"
- Advice – "All of the cogs will switch direction each time a Thwomp crashes into the ground."
