Chas
Chas is a playable character in the game Mario Tennis: Power Tour for the Game Boy Advance. He is one of several human characters created exclusively for the Mario Tennis series. He is a speedy-type character and his power shot is the High-Power shot. The player (Clay/Ace) goes up against him and Mel in doubles in the Island Open. Chas comes from Union, a school with a reputation as being a pushover; however, it's revealed that Chas is actually a very good player, as he beats Whisker and almost beats Mynx in singles. Chas and Mel are said to be a competent team despite hailing from Union in contrast to Leon and Peter. It's revealed by Whisker that two years prior to Clay and Ace's Island Open, he made it to the Big Four and last year was a seeded player who lost to Sass of Factory.
