Template:Item-infobox The Artifact (alternatively known as the Ancient Artifact[1]) is a key item found in Dry Dry Ruins in Paper Mario. It may be acquired after obtaining the Super Hammer, as it is found behind a Stone Block in the long corridor (the first room with the Staircase switches) between the two hub rooms of the ruins. It may be given to Kolorado at any time and in exchange, Mario will be given a Star Piece.
