Template:Minigame-infobox Animal Crossing: Wild World (simply known as Animal Crossing in the PAL version) is one of 9-Volt and 18-Volt's microgames in WarioWare: Smooth Moves. It reappears in WarioWare Gold, where it is one of 18-Volt's microgames. It is set in the Nintendo DS game of the same name.

Gameplay

The object is to catch the fish by waiting for it to pull the bait, then pulling the Wii Remote out to catch it.

  • Level 1: One fish.
  • Level 2: One fish, but it takes a bit longer to catch.
  • Level 3: Two fish, but the player only has to catch one. In Gold, there is only one fish, but it takes even longer to catch.

Trivia

  • Despite being named after Animal Crossing: Wild World, the second game in the Animal Crossing series, the microgame also features elements from the first game in the series, including the presence of lilies in the pond, and the background music being the "12 PM" theme from that game. In the WarioWare Gold version, however, the "3 PM" theme from Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk plays instead.
