Altitude Adjustment is the first level of Sky-High Heights in Yoshi's Crafted World. Its name is a pun on the phrase "attitude adjustment".
Overview
Front side
The level begins in an area where Yoshi must get on a plane. Yoshi rides this plane for the majority of the level. After the plane takes off, several coins and balloons carrying Shy Guys appear. A mine carried by two balloons later appears, along with a parachuting Shy Guy and Fat Guy. More Shy Guys on balloons appear, now with Fly Guys carrying mines. After a parachuting Fat Guy, a set of hearts, and a Shy Guy appear, Shy Guys riding their own planes appear in the background. Some carry balloons, while others shoot cannonballs at Yoshi.
After that, the plane turns to the left. Yoshi must fly through another set of Shy Guys carried by balloons and Fly Guys holding mines. Next, a Fat Guy piloting an airship appears, and must be hit with an egg. After Yoshi flies over the airship, he reaches the goal.
Flip side
Yoshi begins the course facing left, and boards the plane at the beginning. The Poochy Pups fly by on a UFO at the start. The light-blue Poochy Pup hangs from a balloon near a threesome of Fly Guys. After the plane turns right, Shy Guys riding UFOs appear in the background. Hitting a purple one rewards Yoshi with the black Poochy Pup. Another purple UFO appears later holding the pink Poochy Pup, which Yoshi must throw an egg at. The airship piloted by a Fat Guy is moved to the end of the level.

Smiley Flowers
- Smiley Flower 1: Above a Shy Guy-carrying balloon right after the first Fat Guy.
- Smiley Flower 2: Above three balloons holding Shy Guys, before the finish.
- Smiley Flower 3: Automatically collected for popping 20 balloons.
- Smiley Flower 4: Automatically collected for popping 30 balloons.
- Smiley Flower 5: Automatically collected for popping 40 balloons.
Three more Smiley Flowers are awarded for collecting at least 100 coins in the level, completing the level with 20 hearts, and collecting all 20 Red Coins.
Crafts
Found on the flip side:
- Golden UFO 1: Behind a few clouds when the first set of hearts appear.
- Golden UFO 2: Right after the first one, on a building when the plane turns right.
- Golden UFO 3: Behind a cloud near two red UFOs.
Sprout
Sprout is found at the end of the level, directly behind the Fat Guy piloting the airship.
