The Twilight House.

Twilight House is a battle course coming from Mario Kart DS. Its name could have been inspired by Twilight Town from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The course has eight wide rooms surrounded by a narrow balcony. Players can fall to the void if they run along the balcony, specially on the 90 degrees turns. In the background, the player can see some woods, that may in fact, be the Twilight Trail, the woods that Mario and his party went through in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Dark Shine Sprites can also be seen around the Twilight House.

The course appears as a Retro Battle Course in Mario Kart Wii as well.
