Should this be Riddle Tower or The Riddle Tower? I'm making an article on it because it's just plain sick lets face it. And because it could use some info.

The Blue Text[edit]

Complete All Seven...
Master of Shadow and Dark...
Stones Have Power of Stars...
So That We, the Great Ones...
And That the Skies Lie...
Can Live Again by the Stone...
We Know the Stars Spurn Us...
But the Stars Bring Balance.

This is the blue text inbetween riddles. They were taken clockwise, starting with the bottom left room, first the first floor, then the second. Judging by the last two messages, I think the heroes wrote this.
Anyone see any other deeper meaning in these messages? I can barely make sense out of this to begin with.. General Guy 14:57, 9 September 2007 (EDT)

Include the red text and describe the rooms. That'll help.

...Well, I'm still in the palace. I suppose I could job back to the tower.. By the way, the other text is just normal black.
...Okay, here goes!

Beyond, beyond, beyond...
Complete All Seven...
Before, before...
This room had two switches. Beyond is the !-block on the left side of the room, before is the right !-block. So you had to hit them like: Left, left, left, right, right.

Four stones, twin stones...
Master of Shadow and Dark...
Two are one, one is two...
There were four blocks here, two stone, two unbreakable metal. The metal one is broken by breaking the stone blocks in the room directly above this one.

All you see isn't all there be...
Stones Have Power of Stars...
Touch it to pass through it...
It's an empty room. You can pass through the wall, revealing a room with a switch. Hitting the switch makes a chest appear in the first room.

The unseen mey yet be felt...
So That We, the Great Ones...
Be it here? Be it there?
There is an invisible object in the middle of the room, which Mario can't walk through. Flurrie can blow it away to reveal another !-Block.

Let fall the weakest...
And That the Skies Lie...
Then build to the strongest...
One of each member of the Bones Family is in the room. You beat them in the order: Dull Bones, Red Bones, Dry Bones, Dark Bones.

Four stones, twin stones...
Can Live Again by the Stone...
Two are one, one is two...
There were four blocks here, two stone, two unbreakable metal. The metal one is broken by breaking the stone blocks in the room directly underneath this one.

Straight on, straight onward...
We Know the Stars Spurn Us...
Destroy all in your path...
Another empty room. The part of the wall directly in front of the door can be blown up by Bobbery, revealing another room.

The shy one hides his shape...
But the Stars Bring Balance.
The shy one hides his face...
The room appears empty, but using Vivian to hide in the shadow makes a !-block appear.

There! Wasn't that helpful!? (No, it wasn't.) General Guy 17:12, 9 September 2007 (EDT)

I guess there's a different order, but I can't make out all of it:

Complete All Seven...
So That We, the Great Ones...
Can Live Again by the Stone...
We Know the Stars Spurn Us...
But the Stars Bring Balance.

That... make more sense than I can handle. CRYPTIC EVIL MESSAGE AHH Max2 (talk)

Could you add what the player is supposed to do here?[edit]

I have gotten all 8 keys, and there is literally nothing i can do. No keyholes, no new path, only that thing on the top floor that does nothing. I read here that the keyholes will appear later, but HOW do i get to "later"? This area makes no sense... Never have i seen an area in a Nintendo game like this. Imagine in Mega Man, you are close to the end, you defeat the 8 robot masters again, aaaaand... nothing... WHY is this so badly designed and why does the wiki not mention how to solve this stupid tower? ((unsigned|77.10.33.30}}

It says on the article you have to defeat Gloomtail to get the Star Key. After using that key in the Riddle Tower, all of the other eight keyholes appear shortly after. – Owencrazyboy9 (talk) 10:11, 5 February 2017 (EST)

I'm pretty sure the contraption at the top of the tower is actually an Armillary sphere, not an Orrery.
