Talk:List of Paper Mario: Color Splash pre-release and unused content

On the page, it claims that this picture shows early designs of the Toad Captain and the Legendary Captain, however, I feel that the top row is early designs of the Toad Conductor, as they look more like train conductors, with the last two looking almost exactly like the Toad Conductor. I feel the first two are supposed to look like more modern train conductors. Should the page be changed to say that they the top row are early designs of the Toad Conductor, or should it be left the way it is now? --A sprite of a Flame Chomp from New Super Mario Bros. Since I now have the game, I actually found in the script the captions of all the pictures in the gallery, which means that this section will eventually be rechecked and the newly discovered information will be added. That picture is actually called Foreman and Captain, so he's not the train conductor, but rather the Foreman at Toad Trainworks. Anyway, I'd first fix the names in the gallery, and then proceed editing this section, as there are also unused Koopalings' animations that surfaced; this will require me some time as I'm still playing the game in the meantime.--Mister Wu (talk) 06:27, 17 May 2017 (EDT)
Ok, thanks! That's interesting. Also, should the information about DUMMY on the weapons table be mentioned on this page, since dummies are usually used as placeholders or testing? --A sprite of a Flame Chomp from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.TheFlameChomp (talk) 06:44, 17 May 2017 (EDT)
Just like debug attacks, dummy attacks are commonly used in games, so they should be covered only if they reveal removed features; I'd rather focus on attacks that aren't yet covered in the bestiary page to see if they are used attacks that we are missing (like Ludwig's spinning shell attacks) or if they are unused attacks that should be covered here.--Mister Wu (talk) 11:17, 17 May 2017 (EDT)

Do you know if this iconMedia:PMCS Item It.png is unused? When I played the game, "It" had no icon, and it is revealed that it is Yoshi when it is painted and can no longer be picked up. --A sprite of a Flame Chomp from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.TheFlameChomp (talk) 12:33, 17 May 2017 (EDT)
