Is the Trunkle related to artichoker? <font size="4">H</font><font size="1">K</font>
:No. Both are plants but that's about it. A Trunkle resembles a tree while an Artichoker resembles a shrub or bush (or even the top part of a piece of artichoke). An Artichoker is, in fact, related to another enemy from SMRPG called a Kriffid (which I forgot to mention in the article). --Son of Suns 12:28, 19 July 2006 (EDT)
I never got to play SMRPG. That will be the main reason I get a Wii. SMRPG. And theyre saying they won't have it since its Square's! UGH!!<font size="4">H</font><font size="1">K</font>
:That sucks. SMRPG is a great game; a classic RPG. --Son of Suns 12:46, 19 July 2006 (EDT)
There truly is no reasoning with the monster known as Nintendo! You hate them, you love them. If they would remake it, not even a perfect remake, I dont care.
They could update graphics. I wouldn't mind. Its unneeded, but would you mind. Remake it for DS, so as not to destroy the control system. Edit diologue. Add minigames, I don't care.
I wrote them in a more polite manner.
They sent me this.

Hello and thank you for contacting Nintendo,
We appreciate hearing about the types of products that you would like to see from us in the future.  While there hasn't been an announcement concerning a Super Mario RPG:  Legend of the Seven Stars for the Nintendo DS, you never know what the future holds!  As the worldwide leader and innovator in the creation of interactive entertainment, and because of our history of pushing the limits of gameplay and design, you can always count on Nintendo offering the most imaginative products.
In the meantime, keep checking our website's news section (www.nintendo.com/newsmain) for the latest information and announcements.
Sincerely,
Nintendo of America Inc.

Just venting. <font size="4">H</font><font size="1">K</font>
:This is an interesting conversation for an article about a minor plant monster. :) --Son of Suns 13:01, 19 July 2006 (EDT)
:Yeah, we kind of went off-topic to SMRPG. Any more talk should go to Talk:SMRPG. I changed the font family to distinguish it from our replies. <span style="font-family:Kunstler Script; color:#008844;"><font size="5">Wayoshi</font></span> 13:03, 19 July 2006 (EDT)

What's the effect of the attack "Starch"? I've never seen an Artichoker use it, and the article says nothing about it outside of the list of all their possible attacks on the template. Is this even a real attack? --Akruru 11:39, 20 May 2009 (EDT)

:The attack should have read "Stench." Culex 17:15, 13 April 2010 (EDT)
