Tweesters are desert tornados in Super Mario Bros. 3 and Paper Mario. In SMB3 their only appearance was the quick sand level, and they trap Mario in an air pocket and move him backwards. The only way to get past one is to run at it head on, which will cause Mario to fly in the air. In Paper Mario they have a nasty look and can blow Mario to an unknown location in Dry Dry Desert. It is highly recommended not to touch one or else Mario could get lost in the vast sands. One of them however can blow Mario near an item on top of a high rock, this item can't be reached by any other means.
