This is a list of Training stages found in the Miracle Cure Laboratory mode of Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure. Unlike the Basic and Advanced stages which lists the virus level and capsule falling speed, the information listed for these stages feature a description on one of the game's mechanics and miracle cures.

To clear a virus, place capsules that match its color next to it to make a set of four matching pieces in a horizontal or vertical line. If you plan ahead, you can form chain reactions that eliminate many viruses in one go!

2 Intro to Dr. Luigi Training 2 of Miracle Cure Laboratory in Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure Dr. Luigi Dr. Luigi's speciality is using L-shaped capsules called "L-capsules" to clear viruses. In every other respect this mode plays like Dr. Mario, but it's very important to remember that Dr. Luigi's capsules require a bit of different strategy because of their shape.

  • The capsule falling speed is set to Slow.
  • L-capsules in this stage have three pieces in one color and one in another.
  • Viruses are arranged so that each group can be cleared by one L-capsule.
  • Miracle cures are disabled for this stage.
3 Advanced L-Capsules Training 3 of Miracle Cure Laboratory in Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure Dr. Luigi As the difficulty increases in Dr. Luigi mode, his L-capsules change from having three pieces in one color and one in another to having two pieces in one color and two in another. This can really change how you place them. Try out this style of L-capsule here, in a slightly harder stage.

  • Unlike every Dr. Luigi stage with a slow falling speed, the L-capsules in this stage have two pieces in one color and two in another, both colors in one full capsule each. Normally, L-capsules are structured like this if the falling speed is set to Fast.
  • Viruses are scattered into groups of two that can be cleared with a full capsule each.
  • Miracle cures are random for this stage.
4 Blasting Capsules Training 4 of Miracle Cure Laboratory in Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure Dr. Mario Capsule Blasters are handy when you need to clear out excess capsules. Use one in a set of its own color and all matching capsules will vanish.

  • The capsule falling speed is set to Slow.
  • The stage is littered with capsules up to the 11th row from the bottom, burying two columns and one row of viruses.
  • Miracle cures consist of Capsule Blaster R, Capsule Blaster B, and Capsule Blaster Y in that order, where the cycle will repeat.
5 Z-Blasting Capsules Training 5 of Miracle Cure Laboratory in Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure Dr. Mario Capsule Blaster Z is a truly remarkable miracle cure. Use it in a set of any color and all of the capsules that are in your bottle will disappear!

  • The stage is littered with capsules up to the 10th row from the bottom, where the top is shaped like a hill, burying a blue virus at the bottom of the bottle.
  • The only miracle cure available from the gauge is the Capsule Blaster Z.
6 Blasting Viruses Training 6 of Miracle Cure Laboratory in Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure Dr. Mario Virus Blasters are an incredible way to clear your bottle fast. Use one in a set of its own color to eliminate every virus of that color in one go!

  • The capsule falling speed is set to Slow.
  • The stage contains viruses that are clumped together, where they are grouped into L-shapes each consisting of three like-colored viruses.
  • Miracle cures consist of Virus Blaster R, Virus Blaster B, and Virus Blaster Y in that order, where the cycle will repeat.
7 Zap Attacks Training 7 of Miracle Cure Laboratory in Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure Dr. Mario Zappers are very useful when things are looking grim. They blast entire lines clean, eliminating both viruses and capsules with surgical precision.
  • 54 viruses are found in this stage.
  • The capsule falling speed is set to Slow.
  • In this stage, the leftmost and rightmost columns contain viruses of alternating colors. The middle four columns contain viruses arranged in columns of three, while single viruses are found in the second, third, sixth, and seventh columns.
  • Miracle cures consist of Vertical Zapper, Horizontal Zapper, and +Zapper in that order, where the cycle will repeat.
8 Explosive Treatments Training 8 of Miracle Cure Laboratory in Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure Dr. Mario When dire times call for drastic action, nothing works quite like an Exploder. The moment it lands, it detonates, taking out everything around it.
  • 30 viruses are found in this stage.
  • The capsule falling speed is set to Slow.
  • In this stage, viruses are arranged in groups of three.
  • The only miracle cure available from the gauge is the Exploder.
9 Miracle Cure Combos Training 9 of Miracle Cure Laboratory in Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure Dr. Mario Can you use a Zapper or Exploder to activate both the Virus Blaster and the Capsule Blaster in one go? If so, you can trigger quite an impressive combo!
  • 20 viruses are found in this stage.
  • The capsule falling speed is set to Slow.
  • In this stage, red viruses are arranged in two groups: one completes a row, while the other forms a curve with a couple of red capsules, a Virus Blaster R, and a Capsule Blaster R above them. The blue and yellow viruses are in the bottom-most row where there are capsule pieces of the same color above them.
  • The only miracle cures available from the gauge are Zappers and Exploders.
10 Shocking Sabotage Training 10 of Miracle Cure Laboratory in Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure Dr. Mario (Vs.) Some miracle cures disrupt opponents during vs. play. Reversers swap the controls, Lockers prevent rotations, and Boosters increase drop speed.
  • 36 viruses are found in this stage on each player's bottle.
  • The capsule falling speed is set to Slow.
  • In this stage, the virus layout is random, but is the same between both players.
  • Every type of miracle cure is available, including the Reverser, Locker, and Booster.
