Yoshi's Woolly World

Template:Infobox Yarn Yoshi, also known as Yoshi Wii U is an upcoming 2.5D side-scrolling game for the Wii U in development by Good-Feel. It will be the first Yoshi home console game since Yoshi's Story (which was originally released in 1997). The game uses similar art material of yarn and textiles from the aforementioned game and Wii game from the Kirby franchise, Kirby's Epic Yarn, which was also developed by Good-Feel. Yarn Yoshi was not shown at E3 2013 because, as confirmed in a British issue of Official Nintendo Magazine, it was not ready to be shown off yet.
Gameplay features
Yarn Yoshi features textile and fabric environment and is played in a similar manner to Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Story. During levels, Yoshi starts out being made only of some yarn threads in his shape; using his tongue, however, the player can swallow Shy Guys to turn Yoshi into a three-dimensional, amigurumi crochet form.
