Template:Worldbox World 6 is a world in the game New Super Mario Bros. This world is made up of rocky canyons and mountain-like terrain, though most levels borrow themes and concepts from previous worlds. This world introduces new enemies such as Fire Bars, and is the only world in the entire game to feature Chain Chomps. This is the only world apart from World 8 to have two Towers.

The boss of this world is Monty Tank.

Trivia

  • World 6 is one of two worlds in the game that has two Towers. Similarly, the mountain-themed Rock-Candy Mines in New Super Mario Bros. U - which also happens to be the sixth world in said game - is the only one with two Towers in that game.
  • World 8's background mountains resemble the ones in this world.
