You're not necessarily bothering anyone in particular, but it does flood the Recent Changes, and editing your userspace too much within a short period of time is a Level One violation of the Warning Policy, and could earn you a Userspace warning.

Just to elaborate on what Yoshiwaker said above, you are allowed to remove certain things from your talk page: the Welcome message (which I see you've already done), and any acts of flaming or vandalism. Everything else cannot be removed from your talk page under any circumstances.

Just change the nessesary infomation. Also, change picture and (if you want) the background color.

Nintendo Network edit situation

First of all, you're not supposed to "restore" any edits that were taken out by us on the staff; in most cases, it was done for a valid reason. Second, Nintendo themselves did state in an investor's meeting that they used the "Nintendo Network" procedures for Mario Kart 7; I can't recall the source that stated this, but it did get revealed. For MK7's case, it doesn't really matter if that logo showed up on the game's packaging, just as long as Nintendo states the evidence in any form, it's counted as official.
